Working Group: School Governance

The governance workgroup is reviewing the issues and problems that have hampered the full and effective implementation of school-based management, as well as the relationships between the central office and schools, boards of education and the communities they serve.  The goal is to develop a series of improvement proposals that are consistent with the recommendations developed by the K-12 workgroup, that will improve participation of, and collaboration between, parents, community leaders, and practitioners.
