Working Group: Facilities
Mission Statement

To develop recommendations for revision of the educational facilities construction and financing act (p.l. 2000, c. 72, sections 1-30 and 57 –71) which will streamline, rationalize and remove barriers to the efficient implementation of the Abbott school construction programs in the Abbott districts and which will lay the groundwork for developing more appropriate DOE and NJEDA facility policies and operations. Such recommendations will insure that the owners and operators of the Abbott facilities are treated as fully enfranchised "customers." The recommendations will also facilitate the efficient provision of early childhood education facilities.
